GREAT Dental office. Been actively using this office for 5-6 years. 1 Root canal. 1 inlay for cracked filling. 1 crown to save tooth after root canal. 1 crown for large filling that came out. Numerous cleanings gum remediation/care and exams. Dr Sanchez runs a tight ship. Efficient. Caring. Professional. Pain free. Accommodating. 62 YOA WM. Every 6 months I am in for cleaning and exam. My guy is Dr, Saavedra. TRANSPARENT. ARTICULATE. BI LIGUAL. COMPETENT. Which I appreciate. He has completed 2 crowns with no drama. In/Out. They create a crown while you wait in house. I am at the age where things are breaking down and this office does not push you to get anything done. TRANSPARENT. They present an issue, give you a course of action and it's up to you to decide. Period. Alex the office manager is great. With this last visit he SAVED me $70.00 with a charity Dr Sanchez and office were supporting if you donated. BEFORE ANY WORK IS ATTEMPTED Alex will go over your insurance and brief you on the FINAL PRICE before anything begins. You know how much it's going to cost. It's your choice. When I was getting my crown on Friday 4-12-24 I had Tech Johnny assisting Dr Saavedra. They were a well-oiled machine and anticipating each other as the procedure progressed to completion. Johnny, while the crown was being made (20 minutes to mill then. Fit check. Then bake to harden for 20 minutes) took over the computer in the room and played whatever music I wanted to hear! He was PROFESSIONAL and COMPETENT. He took care of EVERYTHING related to the sizing and fitting of the crown all the way up to final installation where Dr Saavedra came in the room to final fit and glue the crown. IT FIT PERFECT. Thanks Johnny! Dr Saavedra only had to make ONE minor correction. That was it. I am very very happy. This molar was identified 18 months ago by DR Saavedra as an issue as the metal filling looked like it was failing. My solution. If it's not broken, no pain, don't fix it ...let it fail. On this visit it had failed i,e, half of the filling came out with decay beginning in the molar. I know this because Dr. Saavedra is TRANSPARENT and TOOK A PICTURE and showed me on the computer screen the molar with half the metal missing and the start of decay on the tooth. This remediation saved me a ROOT CANAL procedure. Finally, none of this would be possible if I am not scheduled for an appointment every 6 months. Rashel at the front desk is tenacious in scheduling and reminding you via text and email about appointment and updates. She is very pleasant to deal with stays on top of everything to include squeezing you in for an emergency or finish up work. The cleaning and care you receive is performed by Rita who is very sincere and takes tremendous pride in her performance to deliver the best cleaning you can receive. The best part is when she finishes with the mint paste and your teeth feel super clean and smooth. No one enjoys going to the Dentist BUT in this office you receive TOP CARE, minimal pain, time managed to minimize visit and TRANSPARENCY! Thanks for saving my teeth!!!
